The benchmark is designed to provide the risk and return characteristics of the hedge fund asset class by targeting a high correlation with the HFRI Composite Index (the “HFRI”). It will the fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in components of the Benchmark or in instruments with similar economic characteristics.
