The manager has adopted a policy to invest, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the value of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of companies that pay dividends, and in derivatives and other investments that have economic characteristics similar to equity securities of companies that pay dividends.
