The fund invests primarily in interest-only mortgage-backed securities (“MBS IOs”) and U.S. Treasury bonds. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in income producing fixed income securities exhibiting alternative income characteristics. The fund is non-diversified.
